privacy policy

This site (miah.'s personal/artist site) is a simple static site. It doesn't run its own server-side backend, doesn't have user accounts, and doesn't collect or store personal data on its own.

what this site doesn't do

• No account creation, no login, no comments system.
• No first-party analytics or tracking scripts.
• No mailing list — nothing is collected for marketing.
• No cookies are set by this site itself.

embedded third-party content

Pages on this site embed content from Spotify, SoundCloud, and YouTube (for music players and artist profiles). When those embeds load, the third-party service (Spotify, SoundCloud, YouTube/Google) may set their own cookies or collect data according to their own privacy policies — this site has no control over that. If you'd rather avoid it, don't interact with the embedded players.

discord server link

Several pages link to a Discord server invite. That link just takes you to Discord's own site or app — nothing about your visit here is shared with Discord until you click it, and once you do, your use of Discord (including anything you post or send in the server) is governed entirely by Discord's own privacy policy, not this one.

if you contact me or book a feature

If you reach out on Discord (DM or in the server), or send a payment through PayPal for a feature, that information (your Discord/Instagram handle, payment details) is handled by Discord/PayPal under their own privacy policies. I only see what you choose to share with me directly (e.g. your handle in a payment note) and use it solely to get in touch with you about the feature you're paying for.

This policy may be updated as the site changes. Since the site has no accounts, the current version here is always the one that applies.
